You coordinate the workflows in your team and respond quickly and flexibly to short-term changes You are responsible for monitoring the packaging processes to ensure a smooth production process and make sure that all packaging processes are carried out efficiently and on time. You also ensure compliance with internal and legal regulations You assign tasks within your team and guide employees to ensure that all team members understand their tasks and perform effectively You create the necessary documentation and ensure that all packaging activities are properly recorded You contribute to the further development and optimization of processes and processes and meet appropriate countermeasures in case of malfunctions or problems

You have completed training and professional experience in technical, scientific or medical fields You bring the willingness to work in the 3-shift system You have a strong quality awareness and a thorough understanding of the strict compliance with hygiene regulations You work independently, structured and reliable, keep a cool head under time pressure and appreciate the work in the team You are strong in communication, can provide information at eye level and have very good German knowledge (min. C1) You are safe in handling MS Office and has the ability to quickly work into new IT systems
