Our beneficiaries in Kreuzberg are as diverse and colourful as the district in which You live. The most diverse age groups and nationalities combine to form our exciting, varied and demanding area. The highly dedicated team in Kreuzberg supports the employees in five housing communities and in the occupants of individual residences and works in an in-depth manner on the topics: learning difficulties and learning disabilities, often in combination with mental illness or simultaneous addiction, and the support of refugees young people with participation needs. With your commitment, you support adult people with the need for support in developing an individual perspective, clarifying the need for participation and formulating objectives. In crisis and conflict situations, too, you are a reliable companion for our beneficiaries. You are responsible for the timely preparation and examination of individual participation planning and development reports in cooperation with other professional groups. In addition to the documentation of all relevant data, you work with members, with legal support and other interfaces. You participate in helper conferences and assessments and are responsible for the questions of social law.

Are you experienced in working with the above mentioned group of people and bringing engagement and deed? You are also welcome to apply as a professional beginner. As a reflected person, you question your professional action and can also deal with crisis situations in everyday care. You bring the willingness to orientate themselves to the needs and wishes of the beneficiaries, and possibly also at the weekend. Your creative input is desired: We look forward to your ideas in the conceptual and practical development of our offers.

With an indefinite working relationship of 31.2 hours, you will be looking forward to a varied activity. Your service planning – based on the participation requirements of the beneficiaries – is in your hands. The working time is regularly below the week from Monday to Friday and every two months on a weekend. If there is a temporary increase in hours, we will vote on them together. We have 30 days of annual holiday and holiday money. In addition, you will receive an occupational pension scheme and we offer occupational health management.
