We are looking for a dedicated and conscientious production employee (m/w/d) for small parts assembly. With your precise operation, you make sure that small assemblies and products are produced from very precise individual parts. For this position, skill, concentration and willingness are required to work in an active team. You take responsibility for your tasks and pay attention to quality and efficiency. The activities are carried out according to clearly defined procedures, with the focus on order and cleanliness at the workplace.

• Assembly of small assemblies and products from very small individual parts
• operation of simple devices and machines
• Self-employed work and control of own results
• Ensuring process processes according to the specifications

We are looking for

This position requires craftsmanship and a sharp look for details. Equally important are the ability to work concentrated over a longer period, as well as the flexibility to adapt to clear requirements. Language skills and team skills complete the ideal profile for this job.

• Embossed fine motors and safe handling at work
• Permanent concentration and accuracy
• Willingness to cooperate in the team
• Good knowledge of German (at least B1)
• experience in assembly or production (several years)
• Flexibility and adaptability within a given framework
