Home & Garden and Industrial Products Repair Specialist (Limited to 12 months) (m/f/d)

As part of our team, you will take the independent diagnosis, maintenance and repair of our diverse Home & Garden products as well as our smaller industrial products at our Service Center in Ahorn (PLZ 74744). You carefully carry out all necessary safety and functional checks on the devices, including in the context of warranty repairs, to ensure highest quality standards. You analyze precise causes of errors, find solutions, and thus provide decisive impulses for the further development of our products and services. You actively contribute to the optimization of our work processes and contribute to the fact that our service promise to our customers can be solved more efficiently and smoothly every day.

A successfully completed electrotechnical training (e.g. electricians / mechatronics / electrical installer (m/w/d)) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have practical experience in the repair, installation and maintenance of electronic devices, ideally in household appliances or power tools. You rule German in word and writing; basic English skills are a plus point. The willingness to shift work in the two-layer model (no night shift!) is of course for you. Ideally, you are safe in dealing with common office applications, especially Google Workspace.
