For the Lutherstadt Eisleben site, we support our clients in the course of an age succession in the occupation of Teamleiter Produktion (m/w/d). In one-shift operation, you will have a team of 25 employees professionally and disciplinefully. Team of 20-25 employees professional and disciplinary Planning, control and monitoring of production – in compliance with quality, safety and time requirements Monitor key figures and resources and introduce measures as needed ensure order and cleanliness in production areas and provide the necessary equipment such as machines, devices, tools and measuring equipment Support the further development and qualification of team members Optimize workflows and contribute to process improvements Interface to other disciplines

Completion as a technician or master in the metal sector or a comparable qualification Professional practice in welding technology Knowledge of relevant welding processes (e.g. MAG, WIG) – valid welding tests are advantageous high quality awareness and a structured and independent way of working Valuable, communicative personality with pleasure in team leadership and employee support
