Ensuring and monitoring the technical and infrastructural building management of the shopping center taking into account the legal requirements Contract assignment, coordination and control of external service providers and the Haustechniker team Maintenance and maintenance of property under economic and environmental considerations Budget creation and maintenance of maintenance and investment measures acceptance, documentation and billing of services with warranty tracking Ensuring the defined quality standards, introduction, implementation and monitoring of quality assurance measures

A completed study of engineering in facility management, building technology or a comparable qualification Professional experiences in facility management / architecture / project management or similar areas Experience in technical real estate management and relevant guidelines Excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as a structured way of working As an organizational institution, you can quickly and confidently adapt to all events and take responsibility Communication strength, customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and structured working Good MS Office and English skills Driving licence class 3/B
