Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Experience in the analysis, design and evaluation of complex requirements for productive SAP environments Long-standing experience with the application operation of the product range xECM for eGovernment by OpenText Architecture experience in the analysis, design and implementation of projects in connection with electronic filekeeping and scanning technology with the product family xECM by OpenText Knowledge in OpenText xECM and in at least three of the following modules: xGov, Content Server, Records, Management, Enterprise Scan, OCC, Workflowdesign/Workflowmanagement, WebReports/Reportsmodule Deep knowledge of the MS SQL database management system as well as experience in performance optimization and migration of large amounts of data Knowledge in creating live reports/web reports/workflow Expertise in application and service management incl. ITIL knowledge Structured, self-sponsored operation as well as pronounced communication and team skills German language skills in word and writing
