Your tasks:

• Own-responsible implementation of the annual financial statements, including bookings and provisions
• Compilation of annual financial statements (e.g. eBilanz, Cash Flow)
• Reporting to auditors and auditors according to HGB and IFRS
• Examination of all business incidents, monthly GuV and balance sheet analyses
• Implementation of new accounting and accounting policies
• Creation of sales tax pre-registration and annual report, incl. pre-tax remuneration
• Optimization of accounting processes and internal controls
• Coordination of adjustments in the ERP system

Your qualifications:

• Studies in finance/invoicing and experience in accounting
• Deep knowledge of HGB and IFRS
• Ideal experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, ELO, Parashift and Power BI
• Analytical skills and sound Excel skills
• Team spirit, independence and at least 1x per week on site in Ulm
• Very good German and English skills
