Conception, organisation and implementation of product and specialist training for customers and internal employees in Germany and abroad Training as an online webinar and presence format Creation and continuous updating of presentation and training documents Development and maintenance of e-learning courses for the GU-BKS ACADEMY learning platform Evaluation and analysis of seminar and training feedback and continuous further development of the learning content Support for sales in new customer production, market launches of new products and other customer events Participation in sales-supporting activities, in particular through company presentations, managements and other sales topics

Successfully completed technical training, ideally complemented by further technical training or a technical study Very good technical understanding, especially in the electromechanical field Insufficient professional experience as well as sound product and industry knowledge Inspiring and convincing communication style Exposed didactic and rhetorical skills Sovereign and friendly appearance associated with high presentation and enforcement strength Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High readiness for travel and an independent and structured manner
