Programme management and management: responsible implementation of performance and quality planning and implementation of the programme carried out in compliance with the cost, timing and offset framework

Cross-project management: control of all related projects taking into account the interdependencies and ensuring all relevant measures to achieve the corporate objectives

Contract and risk management: settlement of national and international contracts, including ensuring risk, claim and resource management, internally and externally

Team management and cooperation: expert management of interdisciplinary project teams as well as management and escalation management of suppliers during project execution

Customer and Partner Management: Sustainable care of customer contacts in the sense of program success and management of negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers

Sales Support: Active Support for Sales in Acquisition Stores in coordination with Sales Team

Reporting and controlling: progress monitoring, compilation of reports from controlling reports as well as fair reporting to the domain management and top management

Education: Completed technical university studies (e.g. Diplom-Ingenieur, Diplom-Informatiker or Master)

Professional experience: Long-standing experience in managing technically complex projects or programs as well as detectable experience in the professional leadership of teams

Certifications: Project Management Certification Level C according to GPM standard or higher

language skills: knowledge of English in word and writing; other foreign language skills (such as Spanish or French) are advantageous

Soft Skills: Strong ability to make far-reaching decisions even under high uncertainty, combined with a targeted, entrepreneurial approach and personal integrity
