Welder MAG/TIG (m/f/d)

A clean welding point often decides whether a component has to be reliably kept or reworked later. That's why we're looking for an experienced welder MAG/WIG (m/w/d) who understands his craft and places value on precise work. If you can read technical drawings safely and like to work concentrated, you will find a task with clear processes and long-term perspective.

MAG/WIG (m/w/d)

In this position, you work on different metal structures and ensure that components are permanently connected in a stable manner. Precision, experience and a trained look for details play a central role.

Your job as a welder MAG/WIG (m/w/d)

• Conducting welding work in the MAG and WIG process on steel and stainless steel components • Preparation of workpieces by stitching, alignment and fixing • Work according to technical drawings, parts lists and production documents • inspection of welds and control with suitable test equipment • Reworking on components, for example grinding or straightening • compliance with safety requirements and order in the workplace • Coordination with the production line for technical questions • Documentation of working steps carried out

Your working day as a sweater MAG/WIG (m/w/d)

They work in a well-established team within an industrial environment. Everyone knows what to do, and the processes are clearly organized. This ensures that you can focus on your actual work.

At the beginning of your working day, you will get an overview of the pending orders. Then prepare the components and set up your tools. You will then apply the welding work according to the drawing. You pay particular attention to dimensional accuracy and clean seams.

During production you regularly check the quality of your work. If inconsistencies occur, you agree with colleagues from the manufacturing or technical management. The goal is always a stable and perfect result.

In addition to the actual welding work, the maintenance of your working equipment is also part of it. Devices are controlled, tools are properly stored and possible maintenance requirements are reported early. A structured workplace ensures that the working flow is not interrupted.

Your profile

• Training in the metal sector or comparable qualification with focus on welding technology • As an alternative to multi-year practical experience as a welder MAG/WIG (m/w/d) • Safe handling of MAG and WIG welding processes • Ability to read and implement technical drawings • Precise working and careful handling of materials • Embossed quality awareness in the execution of welds • Team skills and clear communication with colleagues • Physical loadability and safe handling of tools • Weld proofs are helpful but not absolutely necessary
