Completed IT training, study or comparable qualification in IT Funded knowledge of Microsoft client and server on-premises systems Good knowledge of network technologies, firewalls, VPN, routing & switching Safe handling of PowerShell (automatization, script creation) Experience in managing SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive Virtualization Experience (Hyper-V, Azure VMs), Monitoring and System Curing is desirable Ideally knowledge about Microsoft 365, IAM, Intune, Endpoint Security and Purview Communication and team skills as well as a pronounced service orientation An analytical way of thinking and a structured, independent way of working are advantageous Welcome is the willingness to continuously engage in new topics and to develop professionally Certifications (e.g. AZ 104, MS 102 o.A.) are welcome, but no requirement
