You examine incoming customer complaints and decide on their recognition or rejection in accordance with the internal guidelines. You create credits and ensure correct documentation and booking. You carry out stock bookings and pay attention to the accuracy of stock management. You create direct debits for transporters and agree with the respective service providers if necessary. You undertake general administrative activities to support the daily business. You are turning exports to Switzerland and creating the necessary documents. You are in regular communication with forwarders, coordinate processes and implement instructions bindingly. You examine supplier invoices and clarify deviations in cooperation with the relevant areas. You perform various statistics, prepare them clearly and provide them to the relevant contact persons.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You ideally bring experience in the field of logistics, return or complaint processing. You work structured, responsibly and keep an overview at work-intensive stages. You communicate clearly and professionally and stand up against forwarders, suppliers and internal contact persons safely and legally. You deal with MS Office and ideally have first experiences in SAP or other common goods management systems. You have a good understanding of numbers and work carefully, especially when bookings and audits are made. You act service-oriented and solution-focused, especially in dealing with complaints and queries. You appreciate the work in the team and actively contribute to reliable and cooperative cooperation. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as solid English knowledge.
