In the Store Processes area, you will see the driving force at the interface between market operation, modern payment solutions and finances. Your focus: A highly efficient, intuitive checkout that relieves both our teams and enthuses our customers.

Vision & Roadmap for the New Checkout: You are responsible for the technical prioritization of all requirements regarding our new cash solution in the OBI markets (international) and shape the future of the payment process at OBI End-to-end product responsibility: You accompany the entire life cycle of a completely new product, from the first conception to the MVP to the international rollout in our markets Bridge Builder between Business & Tech: You translate complex business requirements into technical user stories and act as a central hub between stakeholders, operations and our development teams Optimization of checkout experience: You continuously analyze processes at the Point of Sale (PoS), identify Pain Points and develop innovative solutions to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction Professional leadership & mentoring: You control your cross-functional team in agile setup, answer sprint planning and backlog management in Jira and develop the methodological competence in the team.

Insufficient PO experience: You bring multi-year professional experience as Product Owner into complex IT projects, ideally in the field of retail, e-commerce or payment systems, with Methods professional: In addition, you have deep knowledge in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban), security in controlling Jira processes and experience in the professional management of teams Strong communication capability: You are a moderation and negotiation talent that can prepare complex issues in a targeted manner and harmonize different interests. Analytical & implementation oriented: You connect a structured, data-driven operation with a hands-on mentality and do not lose sight of the goal (and the budget) even in dynamic phases
