Your working time as a foreman/team manager

• Tuesday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00
• Work on Monday and Saturday possible
• 16 hours per week

Your duties

• As an intermediate worker, ensuring customer satisfaction and the agreed cleaning performance in your respective objects belong to the tasks
• compliance and control of statutory and labour law regulations
• Motivating and promoting employee management in everyday work
• Trustful cooperation with external service providers and customers

Your profile

• Good knowledge of German at least B2 level
• Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and chemistry and experience with performance directories
• Optimum first leadership experience
