Your task K&T Infrastruktur GmbH is an established medium-sized company with over 60 years of experience and 190 employees at the Büdingen site. As part of the vitronet Group – the leading service provider for fiberglass and energy infrastructure in Germany – the company implements challenging projects in cable engineering and in glass fibre, electricity, district heating and pipeline construction.

For further professionalisation and sustainable growth, we are looking for you as a technical manager (m/w/d) infrastructure expansion – with clear operational and strategic responsibility and high presence in the project business.

You are part of the management circle, report to the management and maintain personnel and leadership responsibility for your team You conduct challenging projects in cable routing, telecommunications and LWL assembly with a clear view for quality and efficiency You take full responsibility for costs, appointments and budgets as well as for resource planning, acceptance, billing and follow-up management You can safely run your team through complex project phases and develop employees professionally and personally You process alerts, negotiate with after-contractors and suppliers, and accompany the process until the contract is awarded You are the central contact person for builders, planners and project partners and tax all participants confidently through the project

You have a completed civil engineering degree or a comparable qualification as a construction engineer or master (w/m/d) You bring several years of experience in the project management and leadership of teams in infrastructure development – ideally in cable management, telecommunications and LWL assembly You know the VOB comprehensively, implement it safely and are perfectly familiar with technical regulations and recognised rules You’re confident with industry-specific software and the MS Office package You convince by leadership, reliability and communicative skills in dealing with clients, partners and entrepreneurs You trade structured, cost-conscious, enforceable and bring high self-responsibility, organisational talent and team orientation with
