From 2027, the Klinikum Darmstadt and the AGAPLESION ELISABETHENSTIFT together as Südhessen Kliniken will shape health care in Darmstadt and Südhessen. A common maximum provider is created from two traditional houses at the campus Mitte and campus Woog. With around 1,300 flatbeds, the Südhessen clinics become the second largest hospital in Hessen. Team Management & Responsibility: You take over the technical and organizational management of the MFA team and are a reliable contact person for your colleagues. Organization & Coordination: You coordinate the daily processes, set up service and deployment plans and ensure a smooth investigation. Cardiological Functional Diagnostics: You support your team in performing and organizing cardiological studies and ensure a high quality of patient care. Interfaces & cooperation: You coordinate cooperation with doctors, care, stations, outpatients and other areas. Quality & further development: You work on new employees, develop processes and standards and actively participate in the implementation of quality, hygiene and safety standards.

We are looking for a dedicated leadership personality that takes responsibility, coordinates our team and actively shapes cardiological function diagnostics. Qualification & Experience: You have a completed training as a medical specialist (MFA) (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience, ideally in cardiology or functional diagnostics. Leadership & Responsibility: First leadership experience or further training in the field of leadership, leadership or practical management is desirable. You like to take responsibility and develop employees. Competence: You have a good understanding of medical processes and diagnostic procedures and work structured, reliable and independent. Communication & Team: You communicate clearly, appreciation and solution-oriented and promote collaborative cooperation. Organization & Development: You bring organizational skills, sense of responsibility and willingness to change with you and enjoy developing processes actively.
