Complete technical training in the field of building and operating technology, e.g. for the electronics technician for operating technology or for energy and building technology, plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (m/w/d), is also an addition to a commercial training, a further training for the technician or Master (m/w/d) or a degree in real estate, e.g. architecture, civil engineering or facility management Professional experience in building management / facility management with demonstrable knowledge of legal regulations as well as the management of commercial properties and construction experience Knowledge of the scope of performance according to the phases of performance according to HOAI § 15 Good knowledge of German and English (min. level B2) in word and writing as well as good MS Office skills
