Project Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks include commercial cooperation in national and international (partial) projects and small projects (from acquisition to acceptance by the customer), taking into account dates, quality and costs for the product support of the artillery systems You work with the creation of offers and contract documents, as well as German and English Project reports, reports A further focus is on the preparation and participation of contract negotiations, price negotiations and Meetings in Germany and abroad In the coordination of specialist departments, compliance with project objectives and in the further development and design of the Logistics of the artillery systems Very close and coordinated cooperation with technical project staff and reporting to Project managers and department managers are parts of your activity You collect and maintain the project data in SAP You work in the development of commercial and terminological specifications as well as work packages for specialist departments with the creation, evaluation and justification of calculations in compliance with public pricing and contract law; and other aspects as well as evaluation of volume skeletons as an exciting further task is supported by you You support the project controlling, incl. setpoint/actual comparisons and early anticipation of deviations/problems the transfer of customer requirements to subcontractors and suppliers, identification of price law, commercial and tax risks in coordination with purchasing is another part of your area of responsibility

You have a degree in the field of economic engineering, economics or economic law or a comparable qualification You have first experiences in project management A project management certification and knowledge in pricing and contract law with contracting authorities will bring you, but are not a must You convince with good English knowledge in word and writing, have pleasure in business trips abroad and are familiar with MS Office applications and SAP A proactive and very reliable way of working as well as very good communication strength, organizational talent as well as team skills and social competence is the key to your work
