Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Creation of necessary documentation for export shipment • Procurement of transport services, including negotiations • Processing of consignment registration and customs processing via the BEX system • allocation and collection of freight purchases • Regular exchange with sales before and after shipment • Review of customer invoices and clarification of special situations in close cooperation with all stakeholders • Creation of extradition certificates • Monitoring of container stocks • Review of returns

Your qualifications: • Successful completion of commercial training or equivalent qualification • Practical experience in the field of wholesale and foreign trade and logistics/export • Good knowledge of English • Advanced skills in the application of MS Office, especially Excel • They appreciate administrative tasks and are characterised by a structured, organised and reliable operation
