For more than six years, the CentralE in the southern city of Cologne has been a reliable place for single-educating people who feel alone. With individual advice, psychosocial support, stabilization and a multi-professional team, we create perspectives, strengthen resources and support our participants on their way to more self-determination and social participation. Support for professional orientation and integration is an important component of our work. From now on, we are looking for a weekly employment range of 29,25 hours and the option of a later increase to 39 hours a week, a social pedagoguein / social workerin as a consultant in the centre for single parents in the Cologne South City. The place is limited until 31.08.2027.

Your tasks: • Individual consultation of our participants • Conception, needs-oriented planning and implementation of workshops and group offers • Networking and cooperation with other professionals in the help network, participation in working groups • Documentation of consultancy and support processes as well as reporting according to the requirements of the funding providers • Regular coordination with colleagues and participation in team meetings and Jour fixes

Take this with you: • Complete study of social education/social work or a comparable degree • professional experience in relevant areas of social work • Sensitivity, appreciation and sensitivity for the lives and special needs of our target group • Experiences in individual consulting work or work with groups • Pleasure of independent, structured and independent work • readiness for close cooperation and networking
