You bring about Personally advised – also digital: You advise our private and business customers via video and telephone and are at their side as a competent contact person about their financial concerns. Detecting demand, creating added value: With your demand-oriented advice on our banking products and the offers of the cooperative association you create sustainable added value. Making customer proximity digitally experienceable: You make the Volksbank achievable in the digital world for our private and business customers and create real proximity – with the aim of accompanying them as a reliable partner in the long term. Mediale Consulting: You actively contribute to the further development and shaping of our media consultations and set new impulses.

This will bring you Funded Banking Knowledge: Your completed training to the Banker (m/w/d) or a comparable extension or Training is the ideal basis for your new activity. Digital understanding: You bring technical understanding and enjoy the use of modern digital solutions in consultation. Communication strength and consulting pleasure: You communicate convincingly, go openly to people and bring your joy in consulting profitable into your customer talks. Curiosity on business customers: You are looking forward to meeting different private and business customers, to understand their individual needs and to advise them in accordance with requirements. Responsibility and team spirit: You work independently and responsibly, at the same time appreciate the cooperation in the team and, together with your colleagues, contribute to achieving our goals.
