You act as a central interface between the internal compartments and our local drivers. You take over the incorporation, initial training and training of new drivers in theory and practice. You provide company-specific standards, processes and values so that our drivers represent the company professionally and customer-oriented at any time. You accompany the driving personnel in the operational day-to-day business and assist in the optimization of local tours. You provide practical assistance with topics such as loading space use, cargo securing, hazardous goods transport and tour documentation. You recognise potential for improvement and actively contribute to the continuous development of our transport processes.

You have a completed vocational training as a professional driver (m/w/d) or an equivalent qualification with CE driver license including the modules by professional driver qualification law and the ADR certificate. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as desirable knowledge in an Eastern European language. You have the pleasure of communicating knowledge in practice and accompanying drivers in their professional development. You bring a good understanding of logistical processes and are interested in analyzing and continuously improving processes. You are characterized by a pronounced communication capability, empathy and a safe occurrence. Your profile is rounded off by an independent, structured and responsible way of working.
