DRG and ZE catalogues as well as the payment arrangements made with the cost-holders; ensuring the settlement of hospital services; Ensuring electronic billing based on § 301 SGB V Creating annual accounts for the stationary sector creating statistical evaluations; ensuring the processing of the open-post list; Processing of complaints the processing of the resulting correspondence, the creation of cost estimates and the processing of comparative calculations; Examination of target positions, reloads, target adjustments, rebookings, implementation of the results from MD test procedures and the case dialogue procedures with the cash registers system setting in the hospital information system: defining and setting the parameters for correct mapping of the topology of the UKD, parameterizing the master data and setting the billing parameters, linking the topology to the billing parameters; Check and test new Medico versions and updates in the test and real system, check data consistency, error documentation Creating proposal and billing runs, checking the control and tuning lists; the implementation of measures to safeguard costs in the event of unclear insurance or non-contractual services; Implementation of organizational discussions, e.g. with the clinics, the medical controlling, the MD team, the outpatient settlement team meetings as a basis for complete and correct performance recording; monitoring the settlement of the stationary services, taking into account the detected diagnosis and procedures and other services, as well as the results from MDK checks, case dialogue, MBEG procedures, obtained comparisons or judicial procedures; Implementation of the test vV: preparation and documentation of the MDK test procedure, implementation of current BSG legal systems

Study (Bachelor) of the business or health economy (or comparable) or comparable knowledge and experience Multiannual professional experience in the hospital with a focus on the settlement of stationary services, preferably with management experience Very good IT skills and knowledge of a KIS, preferably Medico Negotiating skills are provided
