Your tasks:

This will be your job as a process engineer:in

• Maintenance and maintenance of injection moulding tools
• Assembly, disassembly, repair of injection moulding tools
• Maintenance and maintenance of injection moulding machines
• Maintenance and maintenance of injection moulding tools and technical equipment
• Tool management for injection moulds and monitoring maintenance intervals
• Installation (tool change, adjustment work) on injection moulding machines and their peripherals
• Start-up of new tools in production
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Ensuring high installation availability and injection moulding tools
• Minimizing downtime by preventive maintenance and quick troubleshooting
• Continuous improvement of tool and product quality and process optimization
• Ensure machine availability and operational readiness of injection moulding tools
• Reporting and documenting dates, problems, optimization potentials and optimization processes as well as results

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed training for process mechanic: in plastics and rubber technology or corresponding professional experience
• Ideally completed a further education for the technician
• Multiannual professional experience in injection moulding tools
• Knowledge of metalworking (turning, milling, grinding, eroding) of advantage
• Experience in reading and understanding technical drawings
• Experiences in the casting of electronic components of advantage
• Good communication skills and rhetorical skills
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Basic IT knowledge in common MS Office applications
• Own initiative, resilience and team skills complete your profile
