Darmstädter Sportstätten GmbH & Co. KG (short: DSG) is a subsidiary of the Wissenschaftsstadt Darmstadt and operates sports facilities, exercise areas and swimming pools in the city area with about 60 employees. More than 40 employees are currently working in the team of the bath staff. To strengthen our team for the coming summer season we are looking for dedicated support in the service area. For this we are looking for you as: Account Manager (m/w/d) full time or part time Start of contract: 04.05.26 End of contract: 30.09.26

Sale of tickets including payment transactions Cash management and cash settlement Cooperation with bath management and other bath staff friendly customer contact and service-oriented care of the guests ensure order and cleanliness in the cash register area

safe handling of cash systems and associated software Experience in handling cash and cashless payment methods (EC, credit card) Basic knowledge of customer service or service-oriented handling of audiences basic PC identifiers (standard applications) Willingness to shift, weekend and holiday work

a varied workplace performance-oriented remuneration, job ticket 12.5 days of recovery (part-time or shorter duration of employment) the weekly working time is 39 hours for full-time employment in a 6-day week or 19.5 hours of parttime employment in a 3-day week
