Acceptance, recording and processing of internal and external customer orders in cooperation with the interface departments Masterplanning, Production Planning and Shipping Active management of customer orders (testing order intake vs. forecast, adjustment of order quantities to full transport units, sampling on (wind) delivery date, independent weekly matching of overdue orders) Documentation of customer-related activities, such as order confirmations and customer queries Archiving of order-related documents, such as customer orders and order confirmations Creation of statistics, such as order list, residues, customer evaluations, complaints, credits etc.

Completed commercial training, study or comparable Friendly appearance and experience in dealing with customers, including in the international environment Process-oriented, analytical thinking as well as independent and structured working methods Teamability and pronounced communication strength Flexibility and high readiness Openness for innovations and readiness for personal training Experience in handling SAP R/3, SD and MM modules, SAP Business Warehouse as well as pronounced MS Office skills (in Excel) flowing English knowledge required in word and writing
