You lead and develop a team of software developers professionally and disciplinefully. You ensure compliance with quality standards, development guidelines and software engineering processes. You support your team in technical issues and architectural decisions with a special focus on C++-based applications. You act as a central interface between customers, project teams and internal disciplines. You are driving forward the continuous optimization of our processes and methods for successfully implementing customer projects.

You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training. You have several years of experience in professional software development with a focus on C++. You have a profound understanding of modern software architectures, development processes and engineering practices. You understand the pragmatic solution of technical challenges while creating sustainable software solutions. You are characterized by pronounced communication strength, sense of responsibility and decision-making. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
