They develop and implement Lean strategies, plan and manage Lean projects and workshops Training and coaching for Lean methods are also part of your tasks They analyze and optimize processes by identifying bottlenecks and developing appropriate measures Promoting a sustainable culture of the continuous improvement process is a key part of your activity They coordinate and manage interdisciplinary project teams and work closely with the areas of quality, purchasing and logistics A systemic consideration and long-term result orientation are essential for you They present progress and results across all levels of business Creating transparency through data visualization and using management systems is an essential part of your task

You have at least one Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communication Sciences, Computer Science or a comparable field Multiannual experience in the application and mediation of lean management methods, ideally in a producing company, is required A background in the defence industry or the armed forces is advantageous You have a sound knowledge of Lean methods and their practical application Excellent communication and presentation skills You have a knowledge of English in at least B2 level
