Own implementation of all accounting and accounting activities for housing owners (WEG) and leased objects Regular financial accounting including ensuring a transparent and lawful payment transactions Creation of annual accounts for WEGs using Haufe PowerHaus or comparable software Accounting of all ongoing business incidents of the supervised WEGs and rental properties Advice and support for internal areas of expertise in organisational and accounting issues.

Funded knowledge in real estate accounting, ideally focusing on WEG management Basic knowledge of rental and housing property law of advantage Safe handling of accounting software, especially Haufe PowerHaus Structured, careful working and pleasure in self-responsible work Team spirit and communication strength.
