Dispatcher Warehouse Logistics as Employee Control Center – Order Management / Control (m/f/d)

For our new European-DC location in Meppen we are looking for you as: Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). As an employee (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you are part of our Operations Support team and our customer interface.

Operational order control: preparation, summary and formation of order picking matches in the goods entry and exit. Process monitoring: Continuous monitoring of order transmission, order structure and commissioning processes. Stock management: independent planning and monitoring of relocations as well as compaction transports for surface optimization. Interface function (B2B): Central contact for customers regarding order status and promotions via phone and email. Resource planning: Active participation in medium and long-term personnel demand planning to ensure availability.

Foundation: Complete training to/from the merchant / merchant for forwarding and logistics services, specialist for warehouse logistics (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or a comparable commercial/logistic qualification. System know-how: Routinized handling of warehouse management systems (LVS/WMS) as well as advanced MS office skills (focus: Excel). Affinity for numbers: Strong analytical understanding of structuring and optimising complex logistics processes. Language competency: German and good English knowledge in word and writing for daily communication in the international environment. Mindset: A self-responsive, solution-oriented way of working with the highest standards of precision and reliability.
