Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Magdeburg You provide telephone and data support for our customer and service technicians. Your field of activity includes the fault analysis of hazard alarm systems, including intrusion and fire alarm systems. Advice on the application of hardware and operating software is also one of your tasks. The technicians will receive your telephone support during commissioning and troubleshooting on site. Defective system configurations and customer failures can be adjusted to develop targeted solutions. In addition, you support the remote service and work with the 2nd level support of the customer.

Education: Completed vocational training as communication or System electronics or comparable training Experience and know-how: Professional experience in the technical field of risk reporting systems Qualification: Extensive knowledge of safety technology and its regulations VDE/ VdS are advantageous Languages: German C2 and good English skills desirable readiness: for further training and, if necessary, for external assistance
