Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)

Own-sponsored implementation of the payroll bill for all employees Care and management of personnel and master data in the accounting system (LODAS) Accounting and pay tax assessment of allowances, one-off payments and cash benefits Implementation of all social insurance reports Correspondence with sickness funds and authorities Analysis, optimization and documentation of payroll processes incl. Correction of historical facts Preparation and monitoring of pay tax, pension and social security checks Creation of reports, evaluations and annual reports in coordination with the personnel sector

You have a completed training as a tax specialist (m/w/d) or a completed study in the field of economics, taxation or a comparable course of study You have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting You have very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law You have experience dealing with DATEV LODAS You work structured, carefully and independently You handle sensitive data responsibly and convince by high discretion You communicate safely with employees, executives and external interfaces You are team-ready, reliable and bring high operational readiness with
