Head of Partner and Service Management (m/f/d)

You lead and develop your interdisciplinary team of experts with around 10 employees In addition, you are responsible for and designing the partner and service management of the network customer service – from the strategic idea to the concretely usable solution for everyday life To do this, you will bundle our services for internal and external market partners together with your team and develop them forward-looking You create structure and transparency for all participants and understand yourself as a support unit for the teams of the area In doing so, you drive the digitalization and use of AI as well as customer orientation and ensure that data protection is integrated in our processes and services in a practical and solution-oriented manner. By developing service levels, key figures and reporting, you finally make the quality and effect of our partners and services visible In close cooperation with the management and relevant interfaces of the Group, you will develop our systems and processes, prepare decisions for this and represent them confidently inward and outward

You have completed your studies, e.g. in business, (economic) informatics, industrial engineering, energy management or a comparable qualification To do this, you bring multi-year experience in a leadership, project management or coordinating role, in the energy economy, with Experiences in cooperation with market partners and service providers (all m/w/d) as well as knowledge of energy-economic processes (e.g. market communication, measurement, customer service) are advantageous With the strength of communication and a modern understanding of leadership, you create a productive and trusting cooperation You describe yourself as analytical, think in processes and enjoy making complex topics understandable A strong IT affinity and interest in digital tools such as collaboration platforms and ticketing/service systems complete your profile You don't meet all the requirements?
