Process Technologist Assembly and Manufacturing Technology (m/f/d)

You actively shape our manufacturing processes and take responsibility for their continuous optimization and validation. With your know-how, you will ensure that our processes remain efficient, stable and sustainable and thus make an important contribution to the success of the company. Your duties include: Analysis and optimization of our manufacturing processes and support of new processes from development to stable series production Assessment of existing production processes, identification of optimization potentials and implementation of sustainable measures Systematic investigation and evaluation of process deviations / complaints, as well as determination of causes and derivation of effective solutions that improve our processes in the long term Implementation of process and software validations, as well as qualification of systems, operating/measuring means and methods for ensuring quality standards Use of statistical evaluations and implementation of process-relevant documentation

(m/w/d) or a relevant study (e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering) Multiannual professional experience in process engineering / manufacturing engineering Experience in project management, as well as knowledge in process analysis and validation Experience with validation methods such as IQ, OQ, PQ, PFMEA etc. Routinized handling of MS Office Tools
