At the Hückelhoven site, we carry out complex logistics services for two of our Europe-wide customers from retail. We are looking for you as a key user and key contact for the warehouse management system BlueYonder. You will create the interface between customers, operational teams and central areas, address processes from idea to implementation and contribute to efficient processes and cost savings with your know-how. A varied job in which you can contribute and develop as a system expert in the long term.

System support: You will be our expert on the Warehouse Management System Blue Yonder, through already accumulated experience or motivation to work into a new WMS. Project reference: You accompany projects from planning to go-live, perform system tests and implement optimizations. Change Management: You coordinate change requests, accompany their implementation and ensure efficient process design. Release Management: You plan releases, test innovations and make sure all requirements are covered. Training & exchange: You're training employees, behave documentation and actively exchange in the Key User Community.

Technical background: You have an education or study in BWL, Logistics or IT and bring good knowledge to MS Office, WMS (e.g. Awion, BlueYonder), RIS, SQL and Jira. Experiences & Skills: You have already gained first experience in project management, IT support or change management and know logistical processes. Communication and training talent: You can understand complex content, communicate convincingly and empower others. You score with good German/English skills (B2/C1). Personal competencies: You're in a decision-making, innovative, reflected, and you'll find practical solutions under pressure. Structure & learning readiness: You work organized, prioritize tasks meaningfully and continuously develop yourself through active exchange in the key user community.
