You have completed the career training of the superior service at least with the grade “satisfactory” or a Bachelor’s degree with the Department of Administration and Economics at least with the grade “good”. They worked for at least three years in a way that meets the requirements of the superior service according to the type and difficulty. They have a well-founded knowledge of labour and collective bargaining in practice. It is also advantageous to have professional experience in the fields of budgetary law, human resources management, travel costs, separation allowances, moving costs law.
