Project Assistant System Implementation SAP S/4HANA / SAP Key User (m/f/d)

Professional cooperation in all phases of an S/4HANA pilot project (preparation, design, build, implementation, test, Go‐Live) Analysis, co-design and modelling of commercial and operational business processes of TÜV SÜD Energietechnik Baden-Württemberg GmbH – “End-to-End” (from customer request to invoice and payment receipt) Support in process definition, harmonisation and documentation in close cooperation with specialist areas and external implementation partners Translation of technical requirements in process and system solutions within SAP S/4HANA Identification of optimization potentials, risks and dependencies in target processes and active participation in solution approaches Active participation in workshops, reviews and tests (e.g. integration tests, user acceptance tests) to ensure the professional quality of the end-to-end processes After successful Go‐Live step-by-step transition to the operating daily business and take over an activity in the commercial sector by agreement and inclination After Go-Live, central contact for SAP questions in the team and cooperation in the further development of the commercial SAP processes

Completed studies in the field of business or comparable, alternative commercial training with multi-year professional experience in relevant areas of work Found commercial professional experience (e.g. in order processing, reporting and analysis) Very good SAP knowledge and practical experience in the introduction of ERP systems/processes, for example as a userin, key user or project employeein (ideally with SAP S/4HANA) Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Embossed team capacity, flexibility, reliability and communication strength German knowledge and very good English knowledge in word and writing
