You take on the independent implementation of current financial accounting – including debitor, creditor, bank and property accounts You support the creation of monthly and annual accounts in close cooperation with the tax advisor You carry out regular accounts and take care of the monitoring and clarification of open items in the debitor and creditor area You are responsible for the timely creation and submission of the sales tax pre-registrations and keeps tax regulations in mind You optimierst internal processes in accounting and ensure proper documentation and archiving of all relevant documents You take communication with banks, accompany the opening of new business accounts and their integration into accounting processes

You have a completed commercial training with solid accounting skills You ideally bring first professional experience in financial accounting You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel You have basic knowledge in tax law, in particular in the field of turnover tax You work structured, carefully and reliably You have a high level of responsibility and discretion
