Leadership & Development You guide and coach the technical fleet managers:inside for our regions and continuously develop structures, processes and roles Technical fleet management With your team, you are responsible for the availability of our fleet, coordinate workshop and service topics and ensure efficient, cost-effective maintenance You opt for our Predictive Maintenance approaches, suggests a demand-oriented availability of the delivery fleet and control a KPI-led workshop utilization You check and evaluate cost estimates, reports and invoices and make economic decisions on repairs Damage Management & Claims Control You take the overall responsibility for the damage management of our fleet and continue to build the area internally You strengthen our damage control, develop KPIs and guide measures to reduce damage frequency and cost Workshop network, Partner & Digitization You develop a powerful workshop and service partner network and control our external partners You drive digitization and improvement projects in Fleet Management and develop our internal fleet management software as well as processes

Complete vocational training in the motor vehicle sector, ideally with master examination and/or further training as an expert. Multiannual experience in one of the following roles: Leasing or fleet management organisation Damage service provider or insurance environment with focus on motor vehicles Car fleet manager:in a company with load-mile delivery fleet or comparable commercial vehicle fleet

Practical knowledge in service, workshop and maintenance as well as experience in the testing and evaluation of cost proposals, invoices and expert opinions High affinity for digitalization and data in fleet management (e.g. fleet management software, telematics, predictive maintenance). First leadership experience or a clear leadership profile: You can inspire, structure and develop a young, dynamic team Self-contained, structured and targeted working methods as well as pronounced hands-on mentality
