Technical Customer Trainer (m/w/d)

Optima Pharma develops and implements filling, closing and process technology for pharmaceuticals. With the automated, complex systems of Optima Pharma, blood plasma products, vaccines, oncology and biotech products are processed in finished syringes, vials, infusion bottles and carpules. They plan and prepare technical training for our international customers from the pharmaceutical industry and carry out these, directly at the facilities at local customers, at our Schwäbisch Hall headquarters or online. They advise the customer in relation to the content of the training concept and are available as competent contact person or competent contact person. The creation and editing of custom training documents as well as videos and animations are also part of your responsibility. When working out the training concept, you can rely on technical support from the departments, including technology, project management or service. They contribute to the further development and modernization of the technical training documents in terms of user-friendliness, visualization and digitalization.

You have successfully completed a further education to the technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) with a focus on mechanical engineering or mechatronics and bring well-founded professional experience in the field of training, ideally in a (special) machine construction company. Your very good knowledge of German and English as well as your good MS-Office skills can be used at the best with previous trainings. It is easy to give you training content to different target groups. A worldwide readiness for travel represents a pleasant change for you.
