From now on we are looking for you Food Safety & Compliance Coordinator (m/w/d) Food safety | HACCP | Bio certification | Work safety for our new Fulfilment Center in Schifferstadt near Mannheim. The gross annual salary for this position ranges from approx. €54,000 to €64,000.

Quality & Food Safety (HACCP): Updating, further development and monitoring of the HACCP concept. Leadership of the HACCP team at the site incl. Conduct regular HACCP sessions. Conducting internal audits and monitoring of external audits / audits. Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation and action plans. Training of employees on hygiene and quality standards. Bio-certification: Ensure and further develop the precautionary concept for compliance with the EU Eco-Regulation. Preparation and monitoring of external audits and controls. Compliance and monitoring of the bio requirements including all necessary documentation. Training and awareness of employees. Health and Safety: Perception of the function as a safety officer or (with appropriate qualifications) specialist for occupational safety. Coordination and safeguarding of occupational safety and health requirements at the site. Ensure compliance with all statutory occupational safety requirements. Employees point to accident and health hazards and maintain safety-conscious behaviour. Organisation and active support in the regular instructions of the employees. Close cooperation with the specialist for occupational safety (Sifa) and the occupational physician Implementation of vulnerabilities, risk assessments and analysis of accidents at work. Location & Compliance Coordination of maintenance, testing and maintenance measures. Cooperation with external partners, authorities and service providers. Support for building topics. Monitoring relevant environmental indicators.

Training: Ideally commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience: Experience in logistics, fulfilment or food environment Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Specific expertise: safety officer, technical understanding IT knowledge: Good MS Office skills (in Excel) Communication: High communication strength and a proactive working style Operation: Structured and self-responsible mode of operation, pronounced communication strength and a high sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented, pragmatic and flexible approach.
