Technical assistance to the sales management (m/f/d)

Organisational support: You support the sales management in day-to-day business and ensure the smooth running of all organizational processes. Administrative tasks: You take over the preparation and follow-up of appointments and meetings as well as the preparation of presentations, reports and evaluations. Technical support: You support the introduction, maintenance and development of technical systems and tools that promote sales in their daily work. Data analysis: You evaluate sales-relevant key figures, identify trends and prepare them for the sales management. Data processing: You create meaningful reporting and dashboards that serve as the basis for strategic decisions. Interface function: You act as a communicative interface between the sales management, internal specialist departments and external partners. Responsibility in a dynamic environment: You will be happy to take responsibility in a modern, varied workplace in medium-sized structures with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths and a lot of design playroom.

Training: You have a successfully completed commercial or technical training. Professional experience: You bring several years of professional experience in the field of assistance. Project management: You have experience in project management as well as coordination of various tasks. IT knowledge: You have very good knowledge in Microsoft Office. Language skills: You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Personality: You convince by an independent and structured way of working, organizational talent and a safe and communication-strong appearance.
