Finance Solution Consultant – Dynamics 365 FSCM (m/f/d)

You combine your expertise in Finance and Dynamics and are responsible for the efficient, scalable and practical implementation of central processes and system solutions. The position is suspended as a staff member at the Finance Director and acts as a central interface between finance, IT and CRM/ERP management. You have the opportunity to do a lot of your work at home office. We work together twice a week at the headquarters in Erkrath and promote direct exchange. The inclusion, analysis and prioritization of requirements from the Finance Department is one of your main tasks. The requirements will be translated by you into implementable system solutions in the next step, working closely with IT and CRM/ERP management. You take the advice and participation in the configuration and development of Microsoft Dynamics, focusing on FSCM. You identify and implement improvements in financial processes, system application and data quality. After that, you will ensure uniform and efficient system usage. You plan and conduct professional tests and accompany releases and introductions of new features. You are the central contact person for stakeholders to promote knowledge transfer and to support and train users.

You have several years of experience in the finance environment (e.g. accounting, controlling or adjacent areas). This gives you a very good understanding of finance processes (e.g. P2P, O2C, Closing) and their system-based imaging. You have very good practical knowledge in the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially FSCM. You already have experience in request management and in cooperation with IT or system providers. You have an analytical and structured way of working as well as the ability to quickly capture complex relationships. In dealing with stakeholders, your strong communication and moderation capabilities help you. High self-initiative and solution orientation help you actively promote themes. Experience in transformation or change projects complete your profile.
