High-quality services at Weir-Minerals facilities at local and service centers to ensure reliability and optimal performance. As a trusted technical contact person act, identify customer needs proactively, recommend solutions and support plant optimization. perform diagnostic, repair and installation work with advanced tools such as laser alignment, vibration analysis and digital measurement technologies. Record customer feedback from practical experience to improve service processes and product reliability, and pass it on to the engineering teams. Installation and commissioning of new Weir systems to customers and ensure that the agreed performance standards are met. Working with internal teams on digital service initiatives and supporting the introduction of Weirs NEXT solutions (intelligent sensors, predictive monitoring). Several years of experience in a field service or service technician/mechanic role. Recognised technical/mechanical training or equivalent proven expertise. Impressed customer orientation and ability to build long-term relationships. Good knowledge of German, ideally good knowledge of English in word and writing. Experiences in dealing with MS Office or FSM of advantage. Ready for frequent travel to customer locations in the BeNeLux, DACH & DK regions, partly short-term and for several consecutive days to provide your technical expertise.
