Offshore Logistician (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced offshore logistics company (m/w/d) to expand our business activities.

• You take on logistical support and advice as part of the commissioning of offshore substations in the Baltic Sea.

• The application is expected to take place first in the construction site office Mukran / Sassnitz, later Rostock and 2-3 days per use offshore in the 14/14 rhythm.

• You coordinate crew transfers, material movements, waste disposal, PSA and car park management in coordination with the OPS team in Bremen and carry out instructions for personnel and materials.

• In addition, you are involved in daily work coordination sessions and toolbox talks, check invoices from logistics service providers and update logistics concepts.

• You work closely with internal and external project partners and contribute to the smooth functioning of all logistics processes.

• A completed training as a shipping merchant, freight forwarder or logistics coordinator - ideally with offshore experience.

• Driving licences and good English skills are mandatory conditions for use on land and on sea.

• You bring experience in the maritime or offshore logistics area as well as a safe handling of administrative processes.

• Local knowledge of the port infrastructure in Sassnitz and Rostock, customs knowledge and GWO/Offshore certificates are desirable.

• An independent, structured and responsible way of working, combined with team spirit, flexibility and willingness to use are the key.
