Project Manager - Turnkey Construction / General Contractor (m/f/d)

You are taking over the economic and technical project responsibility in turnkey construction as an executive general contractor (m/w/d) You conduct and coordinate targeted internal and external project participants, such as architects:inside, specialist planners:inside, Statiker:inside You control dates, quality and costs across all project phases You are responsible for the tendering and awarding of post-contracting services and the active follow-up management You manage the interfaces between builders: inside, authorities and all other project participants You identify risks at an early stage and take appropriate measures to ensure project success

You have completed your studies in civil engineering or architecture You have several years of experience in the project management of turnkey construction projects with a project volume of over 30 million euros You have well-founded knowledge of construction, project management and execution planning You have a high technical understanding as well as a pronounced view of economic efficiency and construction processes You bring leadership skills, organizational talent and team spirit You are distinguished by a high level of communication and are objective, binding and solution-oriented
