You expect:

-A well-founded and very wide-ranging training in one of the best restaurants in the area -A safe workplace in a privately owned company -5-day week, of which 2 school days and 3 working days, no partial service

Course contents:

-Gasts receive, advise and support

• Clean and maintain guestrooms, customise, cover and control
• Serve food and drinks professionally
• High wine service -Filettieren, Tranchieren, Vorlegen am Gast -Preparing simple dishes -Create sales talks and create offers
• Planning, organizing and performing events
• Logistics in the catering sector
• Guide a private service station in the restaurant
• Develop, perform and control marketing measures -Planning personnel, guide customer correspondence, goods industry

Your profile:

• Completed schooling -Minimum age at start of training: 18 years -Spachwissen: fluent German and preferred good English -Team and communication skills -Organization and sales talent -Good way of handling, pleasant appearance, self-safe appearance -Encouragement and motivation
