In two years, you will get to know three CHECK24 teams within our product worlds and central functions. You design, develop and optimise digital products with high visibility – in close collaboration with developers and data scientists. From the start, you work closely with the decision-makers.

As a trainee you will be accompanied by your personal C-level mentor. In addition, you can exchange with like-minded people at exclusive events and workshops within our community and build your network. Our goal is to challenge you personally and professionally and bring you to the next level! Are you there?

Your tasks include

• Two years, three teams: In your first year, you will face the changing challenges of the central functions such as customer usability, loyalty or app at our headquarters in Munich. You will then learn more about our comparison products and nationwide locations
• Customers: You focus on customer needs, analyze customer behavior and develop best customer-oriented product and service solutions
• Product development: Get to know all aspects of digital product development and set your concepts in small, agile teams at the interface to IT, Data Science and Design

What you bring

• You have an excellent master's degree with a preferred scientific, technical or engineering orientation (in particular mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, electrical engineering, computer science, economic informatics or industrial engineering)
• High initiative, competence and ambition to work into complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• You are passionate about innovative technologies and have a strong technical interest – especially in the field of artificial intelligence. For topics such as Prompt Engineering, Feature Design and Development with modern AI tools like Lovable, Bolt or Cursor, you have an affinity
• You communicate in English and German
