Maintenance of customer master data New customer service Approval and collection of contracts Order registration Processing of written customer complaints Creation of invoices and credits Processing of contract notices master data and cooler research Processing of claims Sighting and distribution of input mail

Closed commercial training and/or multi-year professional experience in customer service (Backoffice) Secure application of text and table processing programs (Bsp. Excel, Word) Experiences with CRM systems Very good written and oral communication in German Target and solution-oriented customer communication (telephone and written) Embossed service and service orientation Teamability, resilience, flexibility, customer orientation Friendly and proactive handling, both internally and in customer contact Quick understanding and high level of learning Experiences in complaint and complaint management are advantageous Self-employed, structured and careful working
